Be sure to check your mail or email about annual dues for both Elk Haven and Eagle’s Nest. Remember that we are under two different property owners/homeowner’s association, so there are two different dues. The Eagle’s Nest dues are lower, and are for maintaining common areas of the larger community. Our Elk Haven POA/HOA covers things like snow removal and things that are more local. Elk Haven expenses have gone up in the past couple years, as we re-surfaced the roads, and the price of snow removal has gone up. Use the contact form if you have any questions or if you haven’t received your email/mail. We might need to update your contact information.

Payments not received on or before January 31st will incur a late fee of $100 per month. Late fees have gone up…please pay promptly. Please check your mailed invoice for any unpaid assessments.
You can pay with Zelle with the QR code above…scan in your bank app, or with your phone’s camera, and Zelle will conveniently walk you through setting up the payment. The address for Zelle is payments@elkhavenhoa.com.
If you’d like to use PayPal instead, you can also use the payments@elkhavenhoa.com address or click the Pay $1,766 Now button to make a payment. PayPal will allow you to use a credit card instead of paying cash. However, there is a fee to offset the PayPal processing fee, so the total is $52 more to cover the fees.

We’re excited to announce that the mailboxes have finally been registered with the US Postal Service, keys assigned, and packages delivered. Elk Haven is the first sub-association of Eagle’s Nest to have direct delivery to our neighborhood.
IMPORTANT: Even if you have not picked up your keys, you may have mail in the box. Stop by the president’s residence (the one story house on Ninth Green Ct) and say hello.
